9/20/05 - Kobi, much loved Dutch bunny of Beth. She was only five years old and should have lived longer. She had pasteurella but was not that sick with it. Died suddenly while at the vet's. |
'Roo aka Ears aka BunGeorno - Sandy's tiny 2.5# earless baby rescued from a fire 2.5 years ago. Plagued with ear infections, he was a tireless lover of buns and people. 10/11/05 |

The Gribble, age 13, ended the last of his 9 lives on Saturday, 2/25/06 in Budgewoi, Australia, succumbing at last to feline AIDS. He had a good life. A five-star cat. |
Twinkie - 2/27/06 at age 3 after a long illness. She is survived by her brother and mother as well as Mom and Dad (Toni and Scott) who will miss her tremendously. |

Mary, mother of Twinkie - 5/28/06 She was a senior girl and there was nothing obvious wrong with her. Her time had come and she stopped eating. She waited until no one was home and stopped breathing. |
Cassie, son of Dumbunny and her family. He was 9-1/2 years and the younger children don't remember a time without him. He was a much loved member of the family and mom misses him a great deal. 9/21 of a stroke. |
Thumper Johnson. Unexpected father of HopNoodle. "Son" of TJJ. Death was unexpected too. Unknown causes at the age of 5. His "wife" Sadie misses him. 10/3/06. |
The Bunny aka Carrots. Died in his sleep 11/26/06 at the age of 14 years and 9 months. He brought untold joy to mom and dad when he entered their lives unexpectedly. Even Wiggy-dog came to love him. He enjoyed his coffee and a croissant in the morning. |
2007 |
Yodel. A prince among piggers. Age 4 years and one day. Best remembered for his rumblestrut and tutu butt. Passed in his sleep after Hop and Dad hand-fed him for months and months. He tried hard. |
Rudy Russell, much loved son of Hopnoodle, suddenly of an apparent stroke followed by seizures. This is Hop's 4th loss since February '06. Honey will show him the way to the Rainbow Bridge where they will wait for Mom along with the piggers. 4/4/07 |

Marshmellow - 5/6/07 Age 4 of pneumonia. Mom says "white little fluff ball he was - ears straight up - when he turned around one, only one, ear flopped. The other took another few months to flop. Then he got that grey broken look to him. Turned from a Marshmellow to a toasted Marshmellow. I changed the 'A' to an 'E' .... " making his name unique to him. He was loved and will be deeply missed. |

Sox - 6/15/07 at age 5.5 He leaves grieving mom Laura and dad Pedro. He had an eye infection which was treated surgically but he just didn't want to continue the journey. Smoky, who went before by a few short months, at age 8, was calling him and he went. |
Peter. 5/5/01-7/8/07 Lisa and John rescued him as a wild baby with a paralyzed leg. They enjoyed many loving and happy years together before that same leg caused his demise. He'd ring his little red bell if he needed "room service". |
Alice. Just found her forever home only to loose her battle for life. Non-rabbit savvy vet gave her poor care at spay resulting in after-infection which spread quickly and she was still too weak from surgery to fight it off. But she tried. In the arms of her devestated mom. She and dad and assorted kitties will miss her. |
Bubby 1/14/08. Rescued and loved by Linda and the cats who all accepted him unquestioning. His death was sudden and unexpected. He was not yet one year old. Mom gave him a happy life for the time he was with her. A warm bed, good food, four and two legged friends and love. |

Dallas. From Alabama, passed at the age of 14.5. He was his dad's constant companion in the last ten years, while dad was on disability. They made up stories about his adventures growing hamburger trees and crawling thru the desert. If you were sick, he would bring his toys to share and lay by in in case you needed a lick. He leaves his brother Oscar, mom Les and dad Stan who miss him terribly. |
3/7/08 - HopNoodle Johnson. Much loved and will be much missed. He was five, the same age and "illness" that took his dad. No warning; turned up nose at breakfast and was gone by lunch. Nanner time won't be the same now. |
4/14/08 - concretepete's baby girl, his furry companion for ten years. His heart has a hole in it. |

Wasp's hutch is empty today. Chloe just wasn't interested in her food any more. She saw the Black Rabbit beckon and she followed. Digger had a tumor obstructing his intestinal tract that was inoperable but he was afraid to leave mom alone with Chloe gone so he waited as long as he could. They brought so much joy to her life. Both were rescues, but they lived happily together in this forever home. Chloe was 5. |
Miss Pepo almost lost all four of her babies to bad pellets. She got up in the night to check them and found Tito and Casper already gone and Pepo close to death. Lopi sick but not as bad. Emergency trip to vet in the middle of the night saved Lopi. Tragic. 5/21/08 |
